The shape of the Upcountry Cleaver Cutting Board is similar to an oversized cleaver, with its slender wood handle extending from one corner. The board is roughly rectangular and cut from the enduring acacia wood. Known for being more robust than oak and a popular tree in India, acacia is a wood also prized for its kaleidoscope of hues in a single plank.
